3 Things to Know in Wearing Sunglasses

If there's one thing I would not trade for any kind of accessory, it would be a pair of sunglasses. Being in a tropical country, sunnies are must-haves! Not only that it adds style to our ootds but wearing sunglasses also have benefits you should know of.

1. It protects your eyes from UV Rays. I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times already but it won't hurt to remind it to you again, right? Too much exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause several eye problems such as cataract and cancer.

2. It decreases dry-eye problems. Ha! Surprised to know this? Well, me too! One cause of having dry-eyes is the windy environment especially those that occur in dry climates. Wearing sunglasses can protect your eyes from this by blocking the wind and dust.
3. Your eyes will be debris-free! Oh girl, this has got to be one of the most important benefits we can gain from wearing sunglasses. Not to mention, the main reason why I wear sunnies. My eyes are very prone to debris and I hate it whenever that crap finds a way to access my eyes. It's really a hassle and I always feel worried of what might happen especially if I wasn't able to wash it out from my eyes. The struggle is real! I don't want to scare you but they may be tiny and barely seen but it can cause you huge trouble!
