The Girl Behind the Pen

Last January 26,2013, I attended the debut of my Childhood bestfriend. Hi Queen! :) I was really waiting for that day to come because she will turn into a real lady. By the way, her name is Lady Queen, cute right? And also the fact that I will be dressing up that night. Hahaha. I was expecting that I will be home on or before 8pm because  my class in Manila ends at 5:30pm and my travel time is almost 1 and a half hour. Good thing, there's a van waiting to fill in when I came in the terminal. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to spend more time with Kapre (a Filipino horror character; he's a special someone)-- the person who calls me "White Lady" :">

Anyway, about my outfit, you will see this dress on my upcoming post again, so watch for it :) I really planned to be simple yet elegant that night so I opt for a white dress and a sweet pair of shoes. That pair has got to be my favorite.

It's obviously BERRY PINK, right? Hahaha! Why not? I love pink so much, the top among my favorite colors. Don't blame me if I love pink so much. It's part of being a girl. Am I right girls? :)

The time I wore this is when I had a date with my little sister. Yes, you read it right. I had a movie date with her. It's quite impossible but it happened. Just kidding. Peace Yen ;) But, before I went to a date with her, I had a date with my boys first. Hahaha. My high school friends asked me to come over at least for awhile before I go to the mall. They said they really want to see me, so I had to come over to Chris' house. The mastermind of that plan was a lover of mine. Joke. Hi Raleigh! :D I never thought that they would miss me like that. Aww. So sweet

I really had fun that day. As much as I want to share all the things that happened that day, I can't because I know you might be bored to read a long post like this. Sorry :(

Preparing for this so-called "memorable one night only", we had to undergo so many obstacles.

At first, I thought planning a birthday party is just a piece of cake. But heck I was wrong! It's so hard to choose what to eat, where to celebrate, and to please some people. It's hard to make a guest-list. And the hardest thing I had to decide was what to wear. We had to go to so many designers in town to choose the best. I thought we found one, but we end up nothing. The designer we picked has no "word of honor". She messed up my gown and my night! Actually, to tell you, I designed (not actually literally designed by drawing, but the idea) my white dress. That's what I really liked. But I was expecting more of the gown because I'm looking forward to its color, which is coral pink. But yeah. So to speak!

Finally! I got time to blog a worthy post. This time, I opted for something simple yet edgy. I wore this yesterday when we watched a dramatic play. If you would notice (who else wouldn't notice it anyway? Hahaha!), I'm all purple. Barney moment. Well at least my bottom is denim :P

To see someone very happy with a twinkle in his/her eyes means a lot.

On the 25th day of August, my friend is not a girl anymore and finally, turned into a lady . She just celebrated her 18th birthday.

This is what I wore to her debut party. I was so excited about this day because I got to wear my newest corset top that I got from Clothepedia! PS.- I thought I won't be able to take pictures of my outfit because I came late and there's no time to go out to take pictures so I'm sorry if I don't have good pictures to share with you:

Yesterday, I had so much fun shopping with my mom and little sister. We've got to buy some clothes and shoes with cheap prices! Sale is the best! Hahaha. But my dad wasn't with us because of his overloading work.

So here's what I wore yesterday. I tried to put a simple outfit because of the unstable weather.

I love how my top looks like. It's like a skin of a snake and the sequins added cuteness to it! :)

I know, I know I look horrible here. Sorry for that face ;D

You know what's annoying? It's when the person who is taking pictures of you is annoying enough to be the reason why you're annoyed. I just have to use that word many times to express how I feel that time.

If that happens, this will be the result- not so good pictures. They said that it's okay and pretty but I can't see what they saw to make my eyes satisfied -__-

If you have read my other posts before, you could see that I'm kind of obsessed with vintage pieces that's why I have a sort of collection of owl necklaces. (Read my post here). And because I'm not an accessory person. I am not fond of too much and over-sized accessories.
